Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to greet customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will help with stocking, merchandising, and planograms while maintaining poultry areas where needed.

Shifts vary and flexibility is valued. No prior experience required; a positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork are essential for succeeding in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma preferred, but reading, writing and basic counting are required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following procedures.
• Stock, merchandise recovery, and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete plan‑o‑gram procedures and assemble merchandise.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain poultry areas as required.
• Ensure safety, perform documentation, and support a respectful store environment.
