Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Notifies management if unable to report to work as scheduled.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required.
• Keeps customer service needs front and center across shifts.
• Supports food production by stocking and preparing items as directed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in dining and kitchen areas.
• Learns and applies correct storage and FIFO procedures.
• Achieves station certifications and adheres to recipes and standards.
• Interacts with customers professionally and answers questions about menu items.
