Qualifications

• Certification in station roles as part of skills development program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Ensures food was prepared to quality standards and served promptly.
• Performs maintenance tasks and supports promotions/marketing events during shift.
• Stocking, cleaning, and sanitation tasks across stations as directed by management.
