Job summary

Whataburger of Mesquite, Inc. – Porter is a front-line role focused on delivering hot, freshly prepared meals, upholding quality and speed.

The Porter participates in skills development and will be required to achieve station certifications as part of onboarding. You will support operations across food prep, stocking, and customer service, maintain clean, safe work areas, and collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Reports to management when unable to work as scheduled.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required by management.
• Maintains clean, organized workstations and supports food production as directed by leadership.
• Performs duties across food prep, stocking, and customer service stations.
• Learns and achieves station certifications associated with the position.
