Responsibilities

• Leadership and Communication: Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Notifies management when unable to report to work as scheduled.
• Checks with management prior to leaving the restaurant at the scheduled time.
• Recognizes and communicates customer service problems to the manager on duty.
• Attends meetings and training sessions as required by management.
