Clarios is seeking an Operations Team Lead at its Canby, Oregon plant. You will be a hands‑on floater, rotating across shifts, lines, or departments to cover vacancies, launch support, and peak demand coverage.

You will lead 15–20 unionized team members, owning daily shift execution, safety, targets, staffing, and performance on the floor. This frontline leadership role emphasizes real‑time problem solving, coaching, and setting high standards for a safe, clean, and high‑performing operation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work overnight/third shift as needed.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead 15–20 unionized production team members across shifts and lines.
• Stabilize teams, cover vacancies, and support new launches.
• Ensure safety, hit production targets, and manage staffing.
• Coach employees and maintain a clean, high‑performing operation.
