Responsibilities

• Proactive de-escalation to diffuse escalating behaviors before a crisis.

• Vigilant documentation of antecedents, interventions, and client responses.
• Environmental safety through thorough facility walkthroughs and checks.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust treatment plans in real time.
• Support admissions, discharges, and drug/alcohol screenings to maintain structure.
