All In Solutions is seeking a Mental Health Technician (MHT) to ensure safety and stabilization for clients in recovery. This frontline role emphasizes de-escalation, trauma-informed care, and close collaboration with clinical staff to maintain a therapeutic environment.

Shift coverage includes 7:30am-4pm, 3:30pm-12am, and 12am-8:30am across multiple schedules. Competitive pay up to $28/hour, with pre-employment screenings required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology or Social Work preferred.
• Must pass mandatory pre-employment screenings including background and health checks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Proactive de-escalation to diffuse escalating behaviors before crises.
• Crisis response as primary responder for behavioral emergencies.
• Maintain precise clinical records of antecedents, interventions, and client responses.
• Conduct thorough facility walkthroughs and checks for safety and contraband.
• Collaborate with clinical team by reporting mood or stability changes in real time.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and drug/alcohol screenings to maintain a calm environment.
