Job summary

ET HEALTH HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a Mental Health Technician to provide direct patient care and supervision in Residential, PHP, and IOP settings. The role supports treatment programming, documents patient behaviors, and uses de-escalation techniques to maintain safety and dignity.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote a structured, recovery-focused environment, ensure safety, and assist with daily living activities while adhering to JC, AHCA, HIPAA, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care in residential, PHP and IOP settings.
• Ability to monitor safety and respond to crises using approved de-escalation techniques.
• Document observations accurately in EMR and communicate with the treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and observation of patients in multiple treatment programs.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment.
• Respond to crises with CPI or approved behavioral management techniques.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses and case managers in treatment planning.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports.
• Transport patients when assigned and ensure safety checks.
