Job summary

KBR is seeking a First Line Supervisor (Contingency) to lead maintenance, sustainment, and logistics teams under TACOM-managed systems. You will ensure safe, efficient work in line with Army standards, TMs, and contract metrics, coordinating execution and tracking performance to meet productivity goals.

The role requires directing schedules, labor planning, and staff development in a dynamic, mission-focused environment with potential security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Logistics Management experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Supervisor should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the logistics field.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (as required).

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly and monthly work schedules for subordinates.
• Establishes deadlines and priorities per higher level supervision.
• Determines how many assignments can be done concurrently and staffing needs.
• Coordinates work with related functions under other supervisors.
• Informs upper management to revise schedules and re-estimate labor needs.
• Participates in planning of current and future work, budgets, staffing, and scheduling projections.
• Selects workers and assigns tasks; explains requirements and trains staff.
• Reviews work in progress and after completion; addresses issues and corrective actions.
