Job summary

Marshalls in Phoenix, AZ, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking to support store safety and customer experience through a Loss Prevention position. You will deter theft, monitor store areas, and collaborate with store teams to protect our brand.

The role emphasizes visibility at the front of the store, timely incident reporting, and adherence to company policies. Training and a dynamic team environment are provided.

• 0–2 years of retail or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear a complete uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers appropriately and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service when needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
