Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Loss Prevention associate at a North Miami Beach, FL store. You’ll help deter theft, support store safety, and assist customers while wearing a body worn camera and standing at the front of the store.

The position emphasizes teamwork, responsiveness, and adherence to company policies. Qualifications include strong communication, good judgment, the ability to work independently, and 0-2 years in retail or security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional stance at front of store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and follow Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear Company uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Refer customers to management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Conduct a closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
