Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate at the Moorestown, NJ store. You will deter theft, assist customers, and support store teams by wearing a Body Worn Camera and following the Store Emergency Response Guide.

This role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. You should have strong verbal and written communication, solid decision making, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound decision making abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong time-management and workload prioritisation.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.
• 0–2 years retail or security experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a proper front-of-store stance and serve as a visual deterrent.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers, demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweeps with management.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
