Job summary

HP2 is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to provide frontline leadership in a youth-focused behavioral health and residential services environment. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and maintain program structure to ensure a safe, supportive environment for youth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; candidate must be 21 years or older.
• Experience supervising youth in behavioral health, residential services, or related environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to respond professionally to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of daily residential program operations.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and support Youth Mentors and staff.
• Establish expectations and promote accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and consistency.
• Lead shift meetings, team huddles, coaching, and post-incident debriefings.
• Maintain staffing, program structure, routines, and readiness across shifts.
• Support staff in handling challenging behaviors and crises.
• Promote trauma-informed, respectful, youth-centered care.
• Monitor safety and well-being of youth and staff.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, program leadership, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure documentation, incident reporting, and records are completed accurately.
