Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Frontline Leader to guide and support production team members on the flexible printing line. This full-time role focuses on safe, efficient operations while fostering a collaborative work environment.

The position requires 3+ years in manufacturing or printing, leadership capability, and strong problem-solving skills. 3rd shift is available, with competitive compensation and benefits. ProAmpac values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of related manufacturing process experience or printing environment.
• Leadership experience with the ability to also work as a team.
• Ability to perform moderately complex problem analysis & mechanical aptitude.
• Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve production goals.
• Provide feedback and support for skill development and engagement.
• Monitor daily operations to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
• Track KPIs such as efficiency, waste, and downtime.
• Implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce costs.

We are looking for a full-time Frontline Leader responsible for leading and supporting production team members on the flexible printing line. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Salary: Starting at $75k DOE
