El Car Wash in Miami is seeking a Key Holder to lead on the floor, open and close shifts, and uphold the high standard of service that defines the EL shine. You will be a working lead, on the floor with the team, influencing performance through example.

In this frontline role, you’ll coach teammates, answer customer questions, and keep operations running smoothly when management isn’t onsite, with opportunities to grow into higher supervision.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance is essential to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Trustworthy and dependable, with team and management trust.
• Comfortable opening/closing and managing the site independently in all conditions.
• Capable of coaching peers and upholding standards without confrontation.
• Customer-first mindset even when the team is short-staffed.
• Growth-oriented mindset and willingness to advance to higher roles.
• Basic mechanical comfort for troubleshooting and escalation.
• Prior shift lead or keyholder experience is a plus.

• Open and close the site with precision, ensuring security and readiness.
