Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and common infrastructure issues. The role involves ticketing, documentation, and collaboration with systems admins to ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple client environments.

You’ll work in a client-focused MSP setting, participate in on-call rotations, and grow technical knowledge toward potential systems administrator responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Entry-level certifications are preferred. Examples include: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, CompTIA A+.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned tickets in order of SLA.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests via phone, email, and client portal.
• Document all technical work for accurate client billing and ongoing support.
• Troubleshoot frontline technical issues to minimize disruption to operations.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or Systems Engineers.
• Collaborate with team to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Follow SOPs to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
