Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to provide frontline IT support for end users, including Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity. You will be the first contact via phone, email, and portal, delivering excellent customer service while troubleshooting and documenting issues.

This role may operate from client sites, Integris offices, or remote home offices, and may participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems beyond standard hours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Entry-level certifications are preferred (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals-friendly).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests.
• Troubleshoot frontline technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Document work comprehensively for accurate client billing and ongoing support.
• Coordinate with Systems Administrators and Engineers to resolve issues.
• Follow IT service management processes and SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
