Job summary

Qualifications

• Nice to have: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ (or actively pursuing).

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and device configurations.
• Support day-to-day server, network, and cloud infrastructure upkeep (patching, backups, monitoring).
• Provide frontline help desk coverage for day-to-day issues and basic tech literacy training.
• Maintain POS configurations for stores not covered by partner agreements.
