Qualifications

• Experience with Windows/AD or cloud directory services (Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and endpoint security tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical staff.
• Good documentation habits and standard runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, permissions, and device configurations.
• Maintain day-to-day server, network, and cloud infrastructure; patching, backups, monitoring.
• Provision/deprovision equipment and accounts for new hires and transfers.
• Support security fundamentals, MFA, least-privilege, and incident guidance.
• Provide frontline help desk support and basic tech literacy training.
• Maintain POS configurations and update runbooks and knowledge bases.
