You’ll triage, fix what you can, and quickly elevate the more complex problems to the right teams to keep the day running smoothly. You’ll manage macOS and Windows devices, enroll and enforce security baselines through MDM, administer Google Workspace, and handle printers and Linux server support for the 3D printer fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Hands-on MDM enrollment, security baselines, and app updates.
• Experience administering Google Workspace users, groups, and onboarding.
• Printer setup and troubleshooting; device connectivity.
• Practical Linux command-line knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact IT support, triage, resolve, and escalate issues.
• Troubleshoot macOS and Windows devices and printers.
• Manage devices via MDM, configure security baselines, and apply updates.
• Administer Google Workspace accounts, groups, and access.
• Support Linux servers for 3D printer fleet.
• Write and improve self-service documentation for common issues.
• Collaborate with SiteOps/DevOps to scale infrastructure.
