Job summary

AirOps is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients, translating AI search and growth strategies into measurable outcomes. You will configure and scale AirOps playbooks, partnering with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Growth, and Marketing to ensure repeatable client outcomes and strong product feedback.

This high-ownership role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams to drive visibility, growth, and a mature delivery motion as AirOps

Qualifications

• Experience translating business goals into clear delivery plans.
• Hands-on use of AI tools, LLMs, or automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication to align multiple teams.
• High ownership in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to define goals and delivery plans.
• Configure and scale AirOps playbooks across accounts.
• Collaborate with Product, CS, Sales, Growth, and Marketing.
• Monitor performance data and communicate risks and recommendations.
• Incorporate field feedback to improve the platform and playbooks.
