Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/custodial operations preferred.
• Experience cleaning commercial/industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assignments for custodial staff.
• Train and supervise custodial team members.
• Maintain attendance and training records for staff.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect work to meet quality expectations.
• Perform cleaning tasks (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Stock supplies and manage breakroom cleanliness and restocking.
• Maintain clean offices, lobby, restrooms and common areas.
