Job summary

Under the Branch Manager, you will process wire transfers, maintain confidentiality, and follow BSA/AML and other regulations while delivering accurate service and participating in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline representative, strengthening customer relationships with prompt, exceptional service.
• Independently respond to routine inquiries and requests from customers.
• Accurately process teller transactions (over-the-counter, night drop, courier, bank-by-mail).
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, stop payments, balance inquiries, online banking inquiries, loan payments, cashier's checks, safe deposit access.
