Job summary

C3bank is seeking a Branch Service Representative II in California to act as the frontline face of the branch, delivering prompt, friendly service to customers and supporting both business and consumer clients. You will handle routine teller tasks, assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and banking inquiries while maintaining accurate records and complying with bank policies.

The role requires thorough knowledge of banking products and processes, ability to perform tasks independently

Responsibilities

• Represents the frontline of the bank and expands customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional service to customers both internal and external.
• Responds to and assists customers with basic inquiries and requests.
• Accurately processes all teller transactions including over the counter, night drop, courier, and by mail.
• Assists customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, stop payments, balance inquiries, online banking inquiries, and related requests.
• Processes wire transfer requests and understands wire processing procedures for domestic, international and FX transfers.
• Assists in receiving and verifying cash.
• Understands new account opening process and required documentation for business and consumer accounts.
• Performs basic account maintenance and/or requests.
• Follows bank policies and procedures and adheres to dual control rules.
• Conducts OFAC, Biz Chex, and ChexSystems inquiries.
• May have branch opening/closing responsibilities.
• Participates in ongoing training and development.
