Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE accepted; degree not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to process cash and card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge to conduct customer transactions accurately.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to Hoosiers.
• Assist with daily opening and closing of the Carmel branch.
• Check transactions for accuracy and proper accounting.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve escalated concerns and system issues.
• File applications as completed through the day.
