Qualifications

• High level of critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge to conduct customer transactions.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to customers.
• Assist with opening and closing the branch.
• Check transactions for accuracy, timeliness, and proper accounting.
• Coordinate with leadership to resolve escalated concerns and system problems.
• File applications as completed throughout the day.
• Travel to other branch locations within the Region as needed.
