Job summary

IFS is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work across Sales, Product, R&D, and Implementation, deploying on customer data and prototyping near-production solutions. You will turn customer needs into value and shape roadmaps while ensuring security and reliability in fast-paced, cross-functional engagements.

You will partner with Product and R&D to translate validated patterns into reusable components and drive adoption across customer workflows, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to run a technical discovery session and connect technology to customer outcomes.
• Generalize designed solutions into reusable accelerators for future deals.
• Experience applying AI in enterprise or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with Solutions Consultants and Account Executives on strategic accounts and net-new opportunities.
• Own discovery, scoping, architecture, implementation, evaluation, productionization and adoption for strategic solutions.
• Build safe prototypes to test hypotheses within deal timelines and ensure security and reliability.
• Develop specifications with customers to feed product and engineering roadmaps.
• Partner with Product and R&D to turn patterns into roadmap investments.
• Create reusable accelerators to speed the team.
