Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is building out its AI Innovation & Transformation practice in the United States. You will join as a Forward Deployed Engineer and Agentic Workflow Engineer, embedding with client teams to design, deploy, and manage production-grade AI solutions for finance and enterprise functions.

You will deploy agentic workflows, ensure integration with ERP/CRM and data platforms, and mentor junior engineers while delivering measurable value on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM applications and multi-agent systems desired.
• Strong coding skills and production software delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of AI/LLM services for enterprise clients.
• Architect multi-agent workflows and integration with ERP/CRM systems.
• Ensure production deployment, reliability, and client value delivery.
