Job summary

TechDigital Group in Charlotte is seeking a senior Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with business teams, understand workflows, and drive meaningful AI improvements with agentic solutions. You will design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate or augment business processes, from concept through production, including the surrounding application layer, integrations, APIs, and data pipelines.

You will rapidly prototype, validate with users, and iterate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data layers.
• Direct, practical experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems with business partners and translate to working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define use cases.
• Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows from concept to production.
• Develop full-stack components and data pipelines for real workflows.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and post-launch monitoring.
