Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is hiring for an AI Innovation & Transformation role. You will deploy agentic AI solutions at client sites, designing multi‑agent workflows and integrating ERP/CRM systems while partnering with finance and operations teams.

Required are 5+ years in software engineering with AI/LLM focus; strong Python, TypeScript, and cloud/container experience; travel up to 20–40% and a hybrid work model with client-site availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in CS or related field.
• Hands-on production experience with AI/LLM apps and agentic systems.
• Experience integrating enterprise source systems via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI Jumpstart packages within client environments.
• Design multi-agent workflows and tool-call schemas.
• Write and optimize system prompts and outputs for LLM-powered agents.
• Build and certify MCP connectors and REST/GraphQL integrations to ERP/CRM systems.
• Package agents as containerized microservices and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with client teams.
