Job summary

ArcaLabs AI, Inc. is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead end-to-end deployments of our sell-side AI workflows inside investment banks, asset managers, and PE funds.

You will travel to client desks in NYC/London/Hong Kong, then return to Palo Alto to integrate patterns into the core platform. You’ll build agentic workflows, run Python/TypeScript in secure sandboxes, and ensure audit trails and security controls are in place.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience including customer-facing or platform-focused roles such as FDE, solutions engineering, or in-house engineering at a fund.
• Fluent in Python and TypeScript; shipped agent-driven features in production: tool loops, sub-agents, streaming, and sandboxed code execution.
• Able to read 10-Ks like a banker reads a pitch deck; experience in investment banks, PE funds, asset managers, or financial data vendors.
• Experience deploying Office add-ins or Teams apps in locked-down enterprise tenants (Entra, app registration, admin consent, AppSource).
• Terraform + AWS; Docker-based builds; modern cloud and data-plane tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle deployments at top-tier banks and PE funds: discovery, scoping, building, customer training, and rollout.
• Build agentic workflows on our agent runtime and control plane, wired to FactSet data, producing pitch-ready deliverables.
• Run agent-generated Python inside secure sandboxes with per-deal sessions and key management.
• Collaborate with MDs and analysts to model workflows that matter: comps, IC memos, pitch strips; version-control in muscle memory.
• Write production Python and TypeScript against security controls: audit trails, encrypted tokens, per-sandbox brokering.
