The Boeing Company in North Charleston, SC is seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to lead frontline teams in composite fabrication and AFT Body A&I, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to execute production plans for the 787 Dreamliner, coach leaders, remove obstacles, and champion continuous improvement through Lean techniques.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a leadership role or completed Boeing leadership course
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
• Ability to lead teams and execute within a structured production environment
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
• Willingness and ability to work a variable shift based on operational needs
