Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Frontier Principal to lead AI-augmented delivery and the AI-era operating model. You will co-design transformation strategies with C-suite clients, set evaluation frameworks for frontier-model deployment, and govern AI safety policies while owning the Frontier practice P&L.

The role demands senior enterprise AI leadership with a proven record in shaping AI initiatives, governance, and cross-functional program execution.

Qualifications

• Strategic AI leadership across enterprise AI initiatives.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks and safety benchmarks for frontier-model deployments.
• Ability to engage C-suite and govern P&L for a frontier practice.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery or AI-era operating model.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders; produce blueprints.
• Define evaluation frameworks for frontier models including red-team protocols and safety benchmarks.
• Govern adversarial-AI risk and safety policy; lead incident-response strategy.
• Own the direction and P&L of a Frontier practice; structure outcome-based commercial models.
• Maintain the frontier learning community, methodologies and gold standards.
