Job summary

Cognizant invites applications for a Frontier Principal to lead the AI-augmented delivery strategy and the AI-era operating model for enterprise clients. You will co-design transformation blueprints with C-suite stakeholders and define evaluation frameworks for frontier-model deployment, including safety benchmarks and risk governance.

The role requires 20+ years of enterprise AI leadership, P&L ownership of a frontier practice, and the ability to articulate value through customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI leadership at scale.
• Expertise in frontier-model evaluation and safety policy.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and drive transformation.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery across the enterprise.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders; produce blueprints.
• Define evaluation frameworks for frontier-model deployment and safety benchmarks.
• Govern adversarial-AI risk and lead incident-response strategy at the enterprise perimeter.
• Own the direction and P&L of a Frontier practice; structure outcome-based commercial models.
• Maintain Frontier learning community, methodologies and gold standards.
