Cognizant seeks a Frontier Principal to shape AI-augmented delivery and the AI-era operating model. You will co-design strategies with C-suite leaders, define frontier-model evaluation, and govern safety policies while owning Frontier practice P&L. You will lead a learning community and set high standards across the CoE.

The role demands deep enterprise AI leadership, strategic advisory excellence, and proven capability to drive customer outcomes through AI programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in enterprise AI leadership and recognised authority in AI delivery.
• Earn the Frontier Principal designation through sustained Frontier leadership and external authority.
• C-suite advisory experience and capability to translate strategy into outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery or AI-era operating model across the enterprise.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders; produce blueprints.
• Define frameworks for frontier-model deployment including red-team protocols and safety benchmarks.
• Govern adversarial-AI risk and AI safety policy; lead incident-response strategy at the enterprise perimeter.
• Own the Frontier practice direction and P&L; structure outcome-based commercial models.
• Maintain the Frontier learning community, methodologies and gold standards.
