Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Frontier Principal to lead AI-augmented delivery and AI-era operations, setting the strategic direction across the enterprise and co-designing transformation blueprints with C-suite stakeholders.

You will define frontier-model evaluation frameworks, govern adversarial-AI risk and safety policy, own the Frontier practice P&L, and lead the learning community, ensuring measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of enterprise AI leadership experience.
• recognised authority in AI delivery or AI-era operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic AI initiatives at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for AI-augmented delivery or AI-era operating model across the enterprise.
• Co-design AI transformation strategies with C-suite stakeholders and produce transformation blueprints.
• Define evaluation frameworks for frontier-model deployment, including red-team protocols and safety benchmarks.
