HIRECLOUT is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a fast-growing enterprise AI initiative in the NYC area, delivering production-grade solutions in complex environments. You will lead from discovery to deployment, design integrations across AI apps, cloud platforms, and internal systems, and contribute to scalable, reliable production software with strong emphasis on testing and observability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven production software deployment experience.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript programming skills.
• Experience building backend services and APIs.
• Hands-on AI technologies in production environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in NYC area.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations from discovery through production deployment.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Design and build integrations between AI apps, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party tools.
• Develop resilient software for enterprise-scale production workloads.
• Create testing, validation, monitoring, and deployment processes for reliability.
• Troubleshoot backend services and drive permanent improvements.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to influence platform capabilities.
• Develop implementation documentation and repeatable delivery methodologies.
• Continuously improve system scalability, reliability, and customer experience.
