Turing is staffing a frontier AI data initiative and you will join the QC team to ensure every task and rubric ships as realistic, correct, and unambiguous. You will review tasks, pressure-test rubrics, and validate end-to-end against environments, reproducing issues and feeding findings to authors and engineers.

Preferred candidates have strong Python backend skills, knowledge of GCP, Docker, VMs, and Harbor, and a high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong backend software engineering, primarily in Python.
• Working knowledge of GCP, Docker, virtual machines, and Harbor.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for correctness; you find the failure others missed.
• Sharp written communication with precise, actionable feedback on tasks and rubrics.
• Ability to reason about real-world workflows and judge task fidelity against objectives.

Responsabilités

• Review long-horizon agent tasks for realism, correctness, and scope.
• Pressure-test rubrics to ensure precise completion and consistency.
• Validate tasks end-to-end against connector environments.
• Reproduce and debug failures and provide actionable feedback to authors and engineers.
• Define and improve QC standards, checklists, and processes as the initiative scales.
