Ideal candidates will excel at translating real workflows into precise technical implementations while maintaining rigorous QA, documentation, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong backend software engineering experience, primarily in Python.
• Experience building, testing, debugging, and maintaining backend applications.
• Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation and QA feedback.

Responsabilités

• Build Python backend applications that mirror real-world SaaS tools.
• Develop realistic digital-work environments for AI agents.
• Mine real-world data and workflows to understand enterprise use cases.
• Author and evaluate long-horizon tasks requiring multi-step reasoning and tool use.
• Write clear evaluation rubrics and perform end-to-end QA.
