Job summary

You will work primarily in Python across backend services and ML infrastructure, with JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go when needed. You will evaluate AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability, collaborating with researchers and cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise-level AI-driven coding solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience with production-grade software.
• Experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Curate code datasets for training, benchmarking, and AI research.
