Job summary

Snorkel AI seeks an experienced ML engineer to join the ML & Research Engineering team in building frontier data systems. You will study how frontier-grade data is generated, validate hypotheses on production data, and ship scalable evaluation components.

You will help define standards and grow the team around this critical frontier work. The role requires hands-on experience with LLM/ML workloads, strong statistics, and robust software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production ML or software systems.
• Hands-on experience running LLM or ML workloads in production.
• Deep grounding in statistics and experimentation: experiment design, hypothesis testing, sampling, confidence intervals.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals: testing, code review, system design.
• Experience designing evaluations and interpreting results rigorously.
