Job summary

HUD, Human Union Data, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own complex, time-sensitive data and evaluation programs for frontier AI labs, data vendors, and internal teams.

You’ll turn ambiguous technical asks into executable programs, coordinate the people and dependencies required to deliver them, and ensure the resulting data is genuinely useful for evaluating and improving LLMs and agents. You’ll also manage vendors and build the processes, tooling, and operating rhythms that allow

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex technical programs in AI/ML, data operations, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative judgment about data and datasets.
• Experience maintaining and improving complex processes in project delivery or data contexts.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems and adapt as requirements change.
• Strong written and verbal communication to turn technical info into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own data and evaluation programs end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Translate ambiguous requests into milestones, owners, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain data quality procedures using quantitative signals and qualitative checks.
• Maintain and improve delivery pipelines at scale, including external vendors.
• Streamline data production workflows, documentation, automation, and handoffs.
• Partner with research, platform, marketplace teams to translate learnings into product improvements.
