Job summary

itD seeks a Technical Program Manager for AI Research to oversee cross-functional, compliance-driven projects in a dynamic tech environment. You will drive AI review processes, coordinate with engineering and research teams, and maintain rigorous documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience at a technology company.
• Experience with AI compliance reviews is required.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, complex technical programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel for data analysis, annotation, and workflow management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple compliance reviews for frontier AI research projects, drafting requirements and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with requesters, engineering, research teams, reviewers, and privacy stakeholders to streamline review processes.
• Develop and maintain clear project communications with regular status updates and weekly reports.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation plans.
• Research, catalog, and annotate AI Research assets accurately.
