Artificial Analysis in San Francisco seeks a highly skilled Member of Technical Staff (Commercial) to own client relationships end to end, from first outreach to renewal, while delivering benchmark analyses that inform frontier AI strategies.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex benchmarking results into actionable commitments for leading AI labs and enterprises, with 80% client-facing focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing technical roles.
• Ability to own client relationships and translate complex benchmarks into actionable results.
• Genuine, demonstrable interest in frontier AI and its trajectory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, responsiveness and ownership of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the front door for client requests, including benchmarking of pre-release models.
• Deliver benchmark runs and custom analyses with rigorous interpretation for clients.
• Maintain client relationships from initial outreach through renewals and business reviews.
• Contribute to product and technical work related to benchmarking and AI evaluation.
