You will blend deep AI benchmarking knowledge with hands-on delivery, advising clients on results and market positioning while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in top-tier strategy consulting from leading firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Proven client ownership and ability to navigate commercial terms
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data-driven work
• Genuine interest in frontier AI with ability to engage technically
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, responsiveness, and accountability
• Willingness to ramp technical skills (e.g., Python) and own commercial outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships end-to-end at frontier AI companies
• Ramp into deep AI benchmarking expertise alongside product and technical teams
• Field inbound client requests and drive benchmarking deliverables
• Interpret results for clients, highlighting strengths and relative positioning
• Grow the business from initial outreach to deal closure with senior support
• Own accounts through lifecycle, including renewals and escalations, while delivering on commitments
• Contribute 20% of time to product/benchmarking stack and evaluations
