HIGH BRIDGE CONSULTING LLC is hiring a Software Engineer / Technical Delivery Lead in Tysons, VA. The role combines hands-on software development with driving technical delivery for a federal project.

You’ll assess the current suite, define deployment approaches, resolve issues pre-UAT, and deliver features, performance improvements, and bug fixes across applications. You will collaborate with PM, architecture, QA, DevOps, and other teams to coordinate delivery and production readiness while

• Strong engineering leadership and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Assess deployment model, dependencies, interfaces, data needs and limitations.
• Learn client environments and deployment procedures.
• Identify gaps between current state and client requirements.
• Guide transitions to production and client DevOps.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support release readiness.
• Collaborate with cloud and infra teams for AWS deployment and operations.
• Contribute to development tasks and code reviews.
• Develop, maintain and review web/API/mobile components.
• Communicate risks, decisions and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
