Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Three+ years of full‑stack web development with emphasis on front‑end.
• Experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience creating and consuming RESTful services.
• Experience developing responsive and single‑page applications.
• Understanding of Agile software development and Scrum delivery.
• Strong technical and business communication skills across organizational levels.
• Experience with unit testing patterns or TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Fluency with AI tools to support coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and refactoring.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on technical leader across the full software development lifecycle, with emphasis on front‑end development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, test, optimize, and deliver reliable web solutions.
• Promote high standards for code quality, usability, accessibility, scalability, and performance.
