Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Director of Frontend Engineering to lead a high-performing team focused on frontend platforms, accessibility, and developer tooling. You will shape the frontend strategy, oversee monorepo governance, and ensure scalable, accessible digital experiences across Fidelity's Workplace Investing products.

You will mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and collaborate with product teams to deliver impactful roadmaps and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading frontend teams and delivering complex front-end platforms.
• Ownership of component libraries, monorepos, and developer tooling.
• Deep UI/UX and accessibility practices and experience.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and develop technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineers, UX developers, and designers across Workplace Investing digital teams.
• Define and evolve the frontend strategy for WI Digital and improve performance, accessibility, and tooling.
• Drive platform modernization and governance across multiple teams.
