Qualifications

• Production React/TypeScript experience with ownership of frontend architecture decisions.
• Shipped offline-first or real-time interfaces and understand failure modes.
• Knowledge of component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical workflows into usable, performant, and accessible interfaces for the facility network.
• Ensure offline capture and submission queue is resilient and no duplicates are produced.
• Build reusable frameworks and components to let other developers ship clinical workflows faster.
• Optimize app performance and reliability across devices and networks.
